I was so pleased that Mr. Frank was able to get in an inspection so quickly. It was refreshing to speak with someone so friendly, and he made sure I understood everything and answered my questions. The inspection was thorough, and I was so impressed with the website! I'm not super tech savvy and it was very easy to use. I went back and forth with my realtor until we had a request list we liked to send the sellers. It couldn't have been easier. The inspection was very thorough, and we were very pleased with the comprehensive, easy to understand report including pictures and repair recommendations.
The price was very reasonable compared to their local competitors, and we were able to get a general inspection, termite inspection and radon test all in one place. The radon levels came back elevated, and the report even included a quote from a reputable contractor to install a radon mitigation system. All in all, we couldn't be more satisfied. Frank does a very thorough job on his inspections. The backend program allows your to view and allocate which items you want to put in an addendum to send over to your seller for them to fix. Another thing is that Frank is very informative and communicative. This is much appreciated to be forth coming when dealing with your clients most expensive liability of their life.
